About Istrian Apartments
Istrian Apartments consist of four modern, comfortable, and fully equipped family apartments (up to 60 m²) with additional amenities, located in three peaceful locations in Koper. Each apartment features separate bedrooms, a covered terrace with seating, and access to a well-maintained garden.
Locations
- Istriana Apartment and Center Koper Apartment are located in the heart of Koper.
- In the Istrian village of Bonini near Koper, surrounded by unspoiled nature, you will find the New Istrian Experience and Istrian Lux Residence apartments on the ground floor of the apartment house.
Suitable For
Our family- and pet-friendly apartments are ideal for families with children or pets, couples, and other travelers. Being fully equipped, clean, and secure, they are suitable for both long stays and short getaways.
Apartment Layout
Each apartment includes:
- Entrance hall
- Living room with kitchen and dining area
- Separate bedroom
- Private bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine
The living room has a large sofa with a comfortable pull-out bed, a modern smart TV, dining area, and a covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, freestanding fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master bedroom with double bed (180×200 cm)
- Pull-out sofa bed for two in the living room
- Upon request: extra foldable single bed (80×190 cm), baby crib with bedding, and high chair
Bathroom
Includes toilet, bidet, sink, shower cabin, washing machine, and ventilation fan.

Pricing
From €80.00 per night (depending on season, length of stay, and number of guests). Tourist tax and final cleaning are not included (see price list).
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
- Check-out: 08:00 – 10:00
Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
Additional Services (upon prior arrangement and extra charge)
- Pets are welcome except in Istrian Lux Residence
- Meals: Breakfast and dinner served upon request (see price list). Orders accepted by 17:00 the previous day. Breakfast served from 07:00.
- Baby cot with bedding (portable for infants up to 1 year or wooden fixed cot for older children)
- High chair for feeding
- Bicycle rental
Payments
Payments made in cash upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed. Credit card payments are not accepted. Any additional costs (extras, tourist tax) are payable before departure.

Free wireless internet available.
Parking & Storage
Free parking is available at the apartments except for Center Koper apartment.
Free bicycle storage is available on site (limited capacity – contact for details).

Lost & Found
Please double-check your belongings before departure. Lost items are sent by mail only upon request and at your expense. We keep lost items for one year.
